You have a full 30 days from the shipping date to return or exchange any unused or defective goods or to provide you with a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
DETAILS OF OUR POLICY:
· You can return, exchange any unused items from 30 days from the date of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
· Bagsinvogue.com will credit you with the full purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling charges. If you wish to obtain a refund your credit will appear after Bagsinvogue.com have received and processed your returned item through our returns procedure.
· If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown, or doesn't do what it is supposed to do you may choose between a refund or exchange. Bagsinvogue.com will pay all shipping and handling charges.
· Items that have been worn or used, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Items with the tags removed will not be refunded or exchanged.
· All return or exchange requests must be lodged with us within 30 days from the shipping date of the original order.
· Bags returned without prior authorisation can not be accepted.
· Exchanges are subject to normal shipping and handling charges.
RETURN PROCEDURES:
All items returned to us that do not meet the below conditions may be sent back to the purchaser, so please read carefully:
- To initiate a return online please fill out the RETURN FORM. You will receive a R.N. (return number)and full instructions on return.
- Once your returned item has been received by us with a copy of your return form we will process the item.
- After our returns procedure has been completed you will be credited for the price of the bag. The credit will not include any original shipping or handling charges.
- Please be aware that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:
- To initiate an exchange online please fill out the EXCHANGE FORM and request your gift certificate.
- Once your original item has been received by us you will be issued with an in-store credit in the form of a bagsinvogue.com gift voucher for the full purchase price on your order minus all shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Once shipped please use the times below as a guide to how long your order should take to reach you.
We have FREE SHIPPING for all orders delivered within Australia. We deliver using Australia Post Registered Post.

If you feel that your order has not arrived in the time frame you deem appropriate please contact us either via email and we will track and follow this up for you.
We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal/courier system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post or courier carrier. We do however track and trace parcels for you and follow up to the best of our ability.
If we find your parcel is deemed to be lost by Australia Post or courier service we will claim insurance and re issue your order.
International Shipping via Australia Post.
International orders are delivered using Australia Post Airmail or Australia Post Express Courier International Services. Normal Airmail delivery times are 3-10 working days. For Express Courier International Services normal delivery time is 2-4 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.
