What Would You Like to Know?

How do I make a purchase? 

To make a purchase just click on the “add to basket” button below the item you are interested in. When you are ready to checkout, you can either click on the “Shopping Cart” on the top left hand of the page or click on the “Checkout” tab at the top of the screen. When you are happy with your selections click “Checkout” and follow directions to enter shipping and billing information and to choose your preferred payment method.  Then click on the “Submit” button. To make payment just follow the prompts to enter all details. You will receive a confirmation email that will contain details of your order. 

How long will it take for me to get my handbag? 

We do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 48 hours of your payment being cleared.   Our usual shipping method for goods to be delivered within Australia is by Australia Post Registered Post.  Delivery is normally within 1-7working days. For International deliveries we use Australia Post Air Mail or Australia Post Express Courier International Service.  For Airmail Service allow delivery time of 3-10 working days.  For Express Courier International Service allow for 2-4 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities. 

What happens if I am not a home to receive my delivery? 

For delivery within Australia, Australia Post are responsible for placing a card in your letterbox advising collection from you local Post Office. When you go to the Post Office to collect your parcel, please ensure that you take photo ID with you.  

Can I return or exchange my bag? 

If you are not completely happy with your new bag, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  For full details of our Refunds and Exchanges Policy you can click on the “Refunds and Exchanges” link on the top left hand side of the page. 

What form of payment does bagsinvogue accept? 

Bagsinvogue.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard or by direct transfer.  At the checkout you will be asked to choose the method you prefer. You can make a secure payment by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart via the Pay pal System.  .We do not accept American Express. Please note that Electron cards cannot be used online.  

Is it safe to use my credit card online? 

All of the credit card information is sent to us  through a Verisign Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 'pipeline'. The information goes directly from your computer to our secure server using SSL, the most advanced encrypted security measure available.  You can verify the validity of our secure server by clicking on the animated logo to the right. Please reload this page if the animated. symbol is not present. The verisign "Secured Site" animated symbol will also appear on all secure pages and can be clicked at any time. 

I am paying by credit card but I don’t have a Paypal account can I still pay?

You do not need a Paypal account to pay via credit card through paypal. Just click the button that says “NO” I don’t have a Paypal account and you will be redirected through to the payment page.

Will I incur any extra fees from Paypal?

NO we absorb all buyers fees and charges, you will only be charged for your purchase price

What is Paypal and why do you use it?

Paypal is a Global Trading & Financial Service used to process our credit cards. Paypal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia and across the world. We have found it to be the most secure system we can use for your security. (Ebay and Amazon both use Paypal)

Secure Shopping

We do not store or handle any credit card details on our system. We use Paypal a Global Trading & Financial Service to process our credit card transactions. Paypal uses several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of its customers personal information.

All your transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.  

Paypal transfers financial data securely into the Australian payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of our direct debit and credit payments. We process our credit card payments similarly.

Paypal employs qualified, independent auditors to review our security standards and practices on a regular basis to ensure that our software, operational practices and management controls meet the stringent standards of the Australian financial industry

 How do I check the progress of my handbag? 

You can click on the tab at the top of your screen “Track Your Order”. This will let you know if the payment and processing through our system has been completed.  Refer to the normal delivery times on our Shipping & Returns page (you can simply click on the link on the top left hand of the page).  If you have not received your new handbag in that time period, please email us and we will track your order for you. 

Can you gift wrap or send a gift tag if I am buying a gift? 

Please make a note in the comments section at checkout, along with the message you want to send and we will gift wrap your order for you and include a free gift tag. 

How much do you charge for delivery and handling? 

Delivery of your bags within Australia is free using Australia Post Registered Post.  If you require delivery by other means within Australia just send us an email and we will provide you with the cost. Delivery by Australia Post Air Mail for International destinations is a flat rate of $20.  Delivery by Australia Post Express Courier International Service for International destinations is a flat rate of $45. 

Can I cancel my order? 

If you would like to change or cancel and order that you have just placed, please email us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.  They can be returned or exchanged as per our refunds and exchanges policy. Please understand that although you may not have received your confirming email yet, the process may already be well under way.  The time frame can be a short as 10 minutes, so despite our best efforts we may not be able to intercept your parcel.
